Refund, Cancellation, and Deposit Policy – Gurmukh Realty LLC

Booking and Deposit Refunds
At Gurmukh Realty LLC, we want our clients to feel confident when booking viewings, consultations, or services. You have 7 days from the date of your booking or deposit to request a refund or reschedule.

To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made before the scheduled appointment or before the service has been delivered. Deposits for confirmed property purchases or rentals may be subject to different terms as outlined in your agreement.

To request a refund or reschedule, contact us at gurmukh@gurmukhrealty.com. We will provide instructions for next steps. Please note that payments made without prior approval of a refund request may not be eligible for a return.


Damages or Issues
Please review any documents, agreements, or services provided upon receipt. If there is an error, discrepancy, or issue with a service, contact us immediately at gurmukh@gurmukhrealty.com so we can evaluate the situation and provide a resolution.


Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Confirmed property purchase deposits (unless otherwise specified in your agreement)
  • Premium membership subscriptions once activated
  • Custom consulting packages already delivered

Exchanges / Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a property viewing or consultation, please contact us directly. Once confirmed, we can help you select a new date or service.
